This policy covers the LevelQuery.ai website, educational market-analysis generator, authenticated application, subscriptions, and support interactions.

We process account identifiers supplied through sign-in, such as email address, display name, provider identifier, and profile image.

We also process prompts, saved conversations, feedback, subscription status, usage limits, security events, and technical diagnostics needed to operate the service.

Stripe processes payment-card details. LevelQuery.ai receives payment and subscription identifiers, plan, status, and event metadata; it does not store full card numbers.

We use data to authenticate users, deliver requested analysis, preserve user workspaces, enforce plan limits, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve deterministic product quality.

Google Sign-In provides only the identity information needed to create and operate an account: account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image. LevelQuery.ai does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google account content.

Google sign-in data is used only for authentication, account security, support, and account operation. It is not sold, used for advertising, used to make credit or financial-eligibility decisions, or used to execute trades.

LevelQuery.ai generates educational market analysis and explanations. It does not connect to brokerage or exchange accounts, place or route orders, execute trades, manage positions, hold funds or assets, copy trades, or provide personalized investment management.

Any market scenario, level, risk discussion, or example is informational analysis for independent review, not an instruction transmitted to a trading venue.

Infrastructure and processing may involve Google, Supabase, Vercel, Render, Stripe, Anthropic, analytics providers configured by LevelQuery.ai, and governed market-data sources. Each provider processes only the data needed for its role.

We retain account, workspace, billing, security, and audit records only while needed for service operation, legal obligations, dispute handling, and integrity controls. Users may request access, correction, export, deletion, or revocation of Google Sign-In-linked account data through the support contact shown in the application or OAuth consent screen.

We use authenticated access, row-level authorization, encrypted transport, restricted production secrets, append-only audit evidence, and least-privilege service boundaries. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Service providers may process data in countries different from the user's location. We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
